GMO STATEMENT
Grain Place Foods handles only non-GMO foods. Non-GMO (genetically modified organism) crops are those that have not been genetically modified through biotechnology procedures to add a specific trait (e.g. Roundup Ready soybeans). In addition, non-GMO crops cannot be treated or exposed to chemical pesticides during storage.
GLUTEN STATEMENT
Grain Place Foods is a relatively small operation so we must use the same equipment for all products; because of this we do not make any gluten-free claims.
STORAGE
All whole grains should be stored in airtight containers in a cool, dry place, out of direct light. Rolled grains, flours and cornmeal should be refrigerated. For specific storage instructions and storage life for individual grains please click here.

Grain Place Foods offers multiple shipping choices for both small and large shipments. We do our best to offer a range of options available to get you quality products at the lowest cost/fastest timeframe.
Products shipped via Fed Ex go out every Monday and Thursday. USPS and UPS shipments are sent daily Monday through Friday.
We work with multiple freight lines for larger shipments and have some excellent rates negotiated to certain geographic areas of the country.
