Andrea’s Blueberry Smoothie with Chia

A Chia Recipe from Andrea in Iowa:

1 cup kefir (I prefer goat kefir but it’s harder to find.  You could use plain yogurt, too.)
1 cup coconut water
1 cup organic frozen blueberries
2 tablespoons chia seed
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
