Grain Place Foods is looking for a skilled candidate to perform multiple important Compliance duties. This associate will work closely with the Plant Manager and Quality Assurance department to ensure we are in compliance with but not limited to:
- OSHA regulations
- Labor Standards ie – postings
- Safety/Incident Reporting– fire, general, 300 log, etc…
- Non-GMO Project
- USDA Organic Standards
- FDA requirements
- All clientele registration programs
- OTA Fraud Prevention Program
- American Institute of Baking food safety standards and yearly audits
- Pest Control programs with the assistance of EcoLab our 3rd party administrator
- Good Manufacturing Practices
- Internal Compliance Programs
- Additional Programs tbd…
The role entails maintaining accurate records throughout the year and for multiple programs. Attention to detail, exceptional communication and working well with others are mandatory skills for this position. Some training will be provided. Pay Range: Commensurate with experience
Hours: 7:00am to 5pm
