A breakfast/energy/nutrition bar
Mix together in mixer bowl:
2 ½ cups GPF Favorite Five™
1/3 cup chopped raisins (or other dried fruit of your choice)
¼ cup GPF chia seeds
1/3 cup OG sunflower kernels
In separate bowl, mix together:
1 ¼ cup nut butter (peanut or almond or cashew)
3 Tablespoon brown sugar
½ Cup honey (or brown rice syrup, barley malt syrup, etc.)
2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions:
Add second mixture to first and mix together well with electric mixer.
Using large spatula, press mixture firmly into 10 ½” x 8” x 2” or similar-sized shallow pan.
Cover with foil and place in freezer one hour. Cut into small squares and store in the fridge.
