Mix together in mixer bowl:
¾ C organic butter
¾ C organic canola OR high-oleic safflower OR high-oleic sunflower oil
2 C brown sugar
1 C sugar
3 eggs
2 t vanilla
Whisk together, then mix into above:
2 ½ C GPF whole white wheat flour
1 ¼ t. sea salt
1 t. baking soda
Instructions:
Mix in 3 ½ C GPF HiFi® rolled oats, 1 ½ C GPF Favorite Five™, and 1+ C dark chocolate chips OR organic raisins (some dare to add some of each).
Drop by tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 15 to 18 minutes. (Tip – Remove from oven when just barely done and don’t remove cookies from sheet until cool.)
