Oatmeal Pancakes

Oatmeal pancakes

Mix in a medium size bowl

1 cup Grain Place Hi-Fi Rolled Oats
1 1/8 cup hot milk
2 Tablespoons organic canola (or high-oleic safflower/sunflower oil)
2 egg yolks

MIX IN A Large bowl

½ cup Grain Place Whole White Wheat Flour
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon sea salt


Add oats mixture into flour mixture and mix well.
*Optional: add a cup of fresh or frozen blueberries.
Beat 2 egg whites until light & fluffy, then fold into batter.
Drop batter by ½ cup measures onto hot griddle.
Turn when lightly browned and bubbles form on top; brown other side.
Enjoy with real maple syrup, honey and/or fruit.
