Andrea’s Blueberry Smoothie with Chia
A Chia Recipe from Andrea in Iowa:
- 1 cup kefir (I prefer goat kefir but it’s harder to find. You could use plain yogurt, too.)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup organic frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons chia seed
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon honey
Blend all ingredients together and enjoy.
