The Farm Tour 2012 featured these tasty treats, compliments of Glenda Vetter. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Organic (OG) butter
- 1 teaspoon OG vanilla
- 3/4 cups Grain Place Foods (GPF) sugar
- 1 2/3 cup OG GPF whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup OG peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 OG egg
- 1/2 teaspoon “Real”salt
- 1 Tablespoon OG milk
Directions:
Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in egg and peanut butter. Then milk and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Drop by teaspoons full on ungreased baking sheet and at bake at 375 for about 10 minutes. Place on wire rack to cool.
