Corn, or maize, has been grown by native North and South Americans for over 7,000 years – the only major grain to have originated in the Americas. The list of products that include some form of corn is endless, and includes foods for livestock and humans, biodegradable plastics, drugs, cosmetics and ethanol. Corn food products include sweet corn, popcorn, corn starch, corn meal, hominy, grits, tortillas and high fructose corn syrup (found in candies, soft drinks and baked goods).

Organic Freeze-Dried Blueberries

Instructions to reconstitute: Add 3 parts water to 1 part blueberry. Allow Freeze-Dried Blueberries to hydrate for about 20 minutes or until fully rehydrated. Freeze-Dried Blueberries can replace fresh blueberries at a rate of 8 to 1.

Organic Hard White Wheat

Our Hard White Wheat contains only the best quality unprocessed whole wheat kernels. White wheat has a slightly more mild taste than red wheat. Use cooked hard red or white winter wheat as you would other whole grains – grind into flour, or cook for use in casseroles, pilaf, breakfast porridge, soups and stews, and added to breads.
